Acceptance

These Terms of Service describe the conditions OpsAI LLC sets for access to and use of the ops.ai corporate site. By accessing or using the corporate site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Corporate Site Scope

These Terms cover only the public corporate pages and contact facilities at ops.ai. They do not create a right to use an OpsAI product, hosted service, account, API, source-code repository, or other offering.

Separate Product Terms

Products, services, product sites, and open-source projects linked from the corporate site may have separate agreements, privacy notices, acceptable-use policies, and licenses. Those separate materials govern their respective offerings. These Terms do not replace, amend, or claim coverage over them.

Permitted Use

Visitors may use the corporate site for lawful informational purposes and to contact OpsAI LLC about products, partnerships, or consulting. Visitors must not interfere with site operation, misuse contact facilities, circumvent technical controls, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Except where separate notices say otherwise, the corporate site’s branding, visual design, original text, and other site content are owned by OpsAI LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited viewing of the site does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content.

Visitors may voluntarily send comments or ideas about the corporate site. Do not submit confidential information or material that you are not authorized to share. Rights or permissions associated with feedback are governed by these Terms or a separate written agreement, if one applies.

OpsAI LLC does not control those destinations and does not endorse or guarantee their availability, content, privacy, security, or practices. No Warranties

OpsAI LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability, except where a disclaimer is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the corporate site. Any further liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the corporate site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes And Termination

OpsAI LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the corporate site. If these Terms are materially revised, the revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the site, OpsAI LLC, other visitors, or third parties, or to comply with law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
