Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to the OpsAI LLC corporate site at ops.ai. It does not apply to separate product sites, hosted services, open-source projects, or other destinations reached from this site. Those destinations may provide their own privacy notices and terms.

Information You Provide

We receive information you choose to provide through the functional HubSpot contact form on the Contact page, including the contact details, company information, and message content requested by that form. The form is available independently of analytics consent. We also receive information in direct email, telephone, and other correspondence with OpsAI LLC.

Information Collected Automatically

When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics loads independently to measure basic use of the corporate site. Optional Google Analytics and optional HubSpot Analytics load only after a visitor accepts analytics. The site stores the visitor’s accepted or rejected analytics choice locally in the visitor’s browser so that it can apply that preference.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• respond to inquiries and continue requested conversations;
• operate, maintain, and improve the corporate site;
• understand aggregate site use;
• maintain site and organizational security; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Analytics And Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics as privacy-first traffic measurement. When its token is configured, the Cloudflare beacon may load independently of the site’s optional analytics setting.

Google Analytics and HubSpot Analytics are optional and load only after a visitor gives analytics consent through the site’s preference controls. Visitors may reject analytics initially or reopen Cookie Settings in the footer to withdraw or change that choice. Withdrawing consent stops the site from initiating future optional analytics loads, but it does not remove information a provider already received.

The functional HubSpot contact form is separate from HubSpot Analytics. Its script loads only on the Contact page and does not depend on analytics consent.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the corporate site and the functions described above:

• Cloudflare provides site infrastructure and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• Google provides optional Google Analytics after consent.
• HubSpot provides the functional contact form and optional HubSpot Analytics after consent.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy materials. This Policy does not make guarantees on their behalf.

External Product Sites

The corporate site links to product sites, open-source repositories, social platforms, and other third-party destinations. After an outbound click, separate privacy policies and terms may apply. Review the materials presented by the destination before providing information there.

Retention

We retain contact information and correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including follow-up, operations, security, and legal obligations. Analytics information is retained according to the configurations maintained for the relevant provider and only as needed for the stated purposes.

Choices And Rights

Visitors may reject optional analytics or withdraw consent through Cookie Settings in the footer. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted to OpsAI LLC through this corporate site, email [email protected]. We will evaluate requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify the requester’s identity.

Children’s Privacy

The corporate site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us so we can review the matter.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the corporate site and the information it handles. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may revise this Policy as the corporate site and its practices change. If this Policy is materially updated, we will post the revised version on this page with a revised effective date.
