Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies only to use of the ops.ai corporate site and its contact facilities. It does not replace or amend a license, contribution rule, or policy for a separate product, service, product site, API, or open-source project.

Unlawful Or Harmful Conduct

Do not use the corporate site to violate applicable law; facilitate fraud; threaten, exploit, or harm others; distribute unlawful material; or encourage conduct that creates a material risk to people, property, systems, or services.

Security Abuse

Do not probe or scan the site without authorization, bypass access or rate controls, introduce malware or malicious code, attempt credential attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, access non-public systems or data, or disrupt or degrade service for other visitors.

Form And Messaging Abuse

Do not use the contact form, email address, telephone number, or other messaging facilities for spam, deceptive solicitation, impersonation, harassment, threats, repeated unwanted contact, or malicious links, files, code, or payloads.

Automated Access

Do not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or other automation in a way that materially degrades the corporate site, places unreasonable load on it, bypasses rate limits, or ignores robots directives or other technical controls. This section governs the corporate site only and does not alter any separate open-source license.

Intellectual Property And Privacy

Do not use the corporate site to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights. Do not submit personal, confidential, or proprietary information unless you are authorized to provide it and it is reasonably necessary for the inquiry.

Enforcement

OpsAI LLC may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant information, restrict access, block submissions, or report conduct to service providers or authorities when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse of the ops.ai corporate site to [email protected]. Include the relevant page, time, and a concise description of the activity when available.
